Annual Events
Our club hosts several major annual events throughout the year :-
The "Mayflower walk" held in May is a sponsored walk from Harwich to Manningtree. It has raised vast amounts of money for various charities over the last eight years.
The "Christmas collection" is where we take Santa Claus out on his brightly lit sleigh, playing carols and collecting throughout the area. We do this for several nights in the run-up to Christmas.
The "Young Musician of the year" event held each November is a youth competition to encourage young musicians to gain confidence and develop their talents.
We also have other events such as "Rotary Week", the "Guy Fawkes collection" and the "Magic of Christmas music".
